Normal service resumed

Hi everybody, Lao Dai is back. I've been on the move, from Singapore back to Beijing. I am taking up a new position in the China Research Centre, University of Technology Sydney.

TWFCC will resume with some new features and new links. Hope to see you around these parts more often.
